Meta remains in prison/Special Appeal leaves him in prison again!

The Special Appeal in the GJKKO left unchanged the decision previously given for former president  Ilir Meta , regarding the security measure " prison arrest " imposed on him as a person suspected of three criminal offenses.

Ilir Meta has meanwhile made another request in the Appeal Court of the Criminal Court to change the security measure.

Regarding this request, a hearing was held this Monday at the second instance of the judiciary, but Judge Saida Dollani withdrew to announce the decision on another date.
