SPAK and the State Police have today carried out an action in the city of Durrës where 9 security measures have been issued. So far, those arrested are Enea Kume, the brother of socialist MP Loer Kume, and the brother of 'Rrumi të Shijakut' alias Aleksandër Laho, Vullnet Muça.
Vullnet Muça was escorted to the police station on September 20 after threatening the director of Durrës Hospital, Renis Mullaj.
Muça had written to the hospital director asking him to hire his niece. The latter refused and called the police. After the call, the police escorted Muça and accused him of intimidation due to his duty.
