A 21-year-old man was arrested by the Durrës police , after raping a 17-year-old woman in a bar in the neighborhood No. 13 , where she worked.

It is known that the young man claimed that the girl's brother owes him some money and I should give it to him .

"These specialists also arrested the AP citizen, 21 years old, resident in neighborhood no. 13, after in a bar in neighborhood no. 13, he raped a 17-year-old woman who worked there, in order to give her the money he claims he owes her, the brother of this citizen", says the police announcement.
