Kevin Hajrulla, who survived the well-organized assassination attempt in Vlora, has improved his health and provided explanations to investigators.

He denied knowing the executioners, but stressed that he smelled gunpowder when he was shot as he climbed into the car and then fell unconscious.

He claims that he has no conflicts with other people and that he has worked in a call center for a long time.

Asked about his relationship with his cousin, Inez Hajrulla, who is in strong conflict with Bernand Sinomat's group, he explained that he has met her very rarely.

"I don't hang out with Inez. We sometimes meet at family events," the injured man confessed.

Police strongly suspect that Kevin Hajrulla was attempted to be eliminated due to clashes that his cousin, Inez Hajrulla, has with criminal groups, even though the injured man has no criminal record.

Hajrulla is currently in hospital in stable condition after undergoing 3 surgical procedures.

Inez Hajrulla has not been questioned by the investigation team so far, because according to the TIMS system, he is abroad.

Inez Hajrulla's group is in conflict with several other groups.

His strongest conflict is with Bernard Sinomati, whose nephew Gëzim Sinomati was executed by sniper fire in December 2023. The murder of Gëzim Sinomati, the son of Sokol Sinomati, known as "Buzëderri", has still not been solved.
