Another case of pet abuse has been recorded in the city of Vlora, where a five-day-old dog was locked in an apartment.

According to neighbors' testimonies, the owners (an elderly couple) may have left for Greece for health reasons, but the dog remained locked on the balcony.

Firefighters were able to climb onto the balcony using the stairs and retrieve the dog. The elderly family members were then notified to retrieve the dog.
