After the end of today's court session on the 'Partizani' file, Jamambër Malltezi, declared to journalists outside the GJKKO premises, that a purely political process has been initiated against him, filled with dozens of procedural violations and falsifications.

He stressed that the indictment was kept secret for three years and that the names of those investigated were deliberately hidden to evade their legal rights.

Malltezi also mentioned judge Irena Gjoka, saying that she is protected by Edi Rama and used as a suicide bomber to fight the opposition.

Malltezi also leveled accusations against the Supreme Court and the General Prosecutor's Office regarding the case of Irena Gjoka, emphasizing that the decision to sentence Irena Gjoka is beyond doubt.

"The fact was mentioned that the delinquent Irena Gjoka is defended with a strange stubbornness by Rama, she has been used as a suicide bomber to fight the opposition.

"The decision to sentence Irena is beyond doubt. The Supreme Court is not acting. The General Prosecutor's Office is hiding behind its finger," Malltezi said, among other things.
