Ramazan Rraja, the son of Xhelal Rraja and the grandson of former socialist MP Rrahman Rraja, has left the detention cells.

It is learned that Raja has been given permission to go to his apartment because his mother is in very serious health condition.

He has been sentenced to six years in prison by the Special Court for his involvement in the assassination of prosecutor Arjan Ndoja. The assassination killed driver Andi Maloku, and seriously injured Landi Muharremi "Rrumi i Shijakut" and former Durrës prosecutor Arjan Ndoja.

Raja was arrested two years ago upon returning from Dubai.
