The High Judicial Council does not make a decision regarding judge Irena Gjoka Maneku but passes it on to the High Inspectorate of Justice. 

At today's noon meeting, the Supreme Court of Kosovo overturned the General Prosecutor's Office's report on Irena Gjoka, which confirmed that she had been convicted in Greece and deported for passport and visa forgery.

The report was voted 5 votes against  and 4 votes in favor, among those who voted against was Ridvan Hado .
