The administrator of the bar where the incident took place, Katrin Limaj, is being prosecuted after it was established that games of chance were organized in this area. One of the authors, Bashkim Brahimaj, had his brother Isuf Brahimaj killed in 2014.

But who is Bashkim Brahimaj?

Ermal (Bashkim) Brahimaj escaped three assassination attempts. On August 31, 2013, he was assassinated with a remote-controlled bomb and then on a motorcycle on the Trans-Balkan Highway on October 24, 2013.

Four years later, in 2017, explosives were planted under the car, but he managed to escape again after spotting it.

But his brother, Isuf Brahimaj, died in the second assassination attempt with explosives.

After escaping a previous attempt on Isuf Brahimaj, the businessman from Vlora could not escape the second assassination attempt in 2014.

The event happened 9 years ago in the neighborhood "28 Nëntori" in Vlorë, when after the explosion of the vehicle of the brand "Mitsubishi" Bajramaj was left dead on the spot.
