The event that happened yesterday, in the premises of a bar in the city, where, for weak motives, an attempt was made to kill the citizen Tonin Ramaj (Hosaj), who was injured, is clarified.

The work continues for the capture of the citizens Ermal Haxhiraj alias Bashkim Brahimaj, Neritan Xhaferaj and Ermal Osmenaj, who were identified as suspected accomplices for this attempted murder through quick investigative actions.

The administrator of the Katrin Limaj bar, where the incident took place, is being prosecuted, as it was established that gambling was organized in this environment, in violation of the law. Items that served the organization of these games are seized.

As a result of intensive investigative work, very professional, done in record time, by the services of the Local Police Directorate of Vlorë, in cooperation with those of the Police Station of Vlorë, with the aim of elucidating and documenting with legal evidence the event that happened on the day of yesterday, in the premises of a bar in the city, where a 33-year-old man was injured with a firearm for weak motives, it became possible to identify and announce the search for the suspected perpetrators of this case, for the criminal offenses "Deliberate murder ", remaining in the attempt, carried out in cooperation and "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition, specifically of citizens:

From the investigative actions carried out, it is suspected that these 3 citizens, in cooperation with each other, in the premises of a bar administered by the citizen K. L, in the neighborhood "Pavarësia 3", have attempted to kill with firearms, for weak motives , citizen T. R (H), 33 years old, resident of Vlora, who as a result was injured in his lower limbs.

During the inspection of the scene, 4 firearm cartridges and 1 combat cartridge with an undamaged capsule were found and seized as material evidence, which were sent to the Scientific Police Institute for further examination.


Also, as a result of the controls, it was found that gambling was organized in the premises of the bar where the event took place, in violation of the law. For this criminal activity, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state, for the criminal offenses "Organizing or practicing gambling activities in violation of the law" and "Making premises available for illegal games", for the citizen KL, 28 years old, resident of Vlora, as well as gambling cards were seized.

Intensive work continues to capture the 3 wanted citizens and bring them to justice.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Vlora, for further actions.
