Aredin Behari, the object of two gun attacks, turns out to be an oil trader in the city of Fier. He is a supervisory part of Ed-Al hydrocarbons joint stock company established in January 2021.
The two brothers Ardjan and Albert Pashaj had a conflict because of the financial debts that Aredin Behari had.
The parties were involved in a court conflict at first instance in Fier and in the Court of Appeal in Vlora.
In the first instance, Aredin Behari won the trial, while in the Appeal, the two Pashaj brothers won the trial.
The latter managed to get a house from Aredin Pashaj, but then the latter opposed them with a civil lawsuit in court.
To pay off financial debts, Aredin Behari became a shareholder in the company of the two Pashaj brothers.
Ora writes that one of the brothers, Albert Pashaj, without the knowledge of the other brother Ardjani, has contracted Henrik Hoxhaj and Skerdi Tas to kill Aredin Behar.
Such a thing was done in 2017 and in 2019, as a sign of revenge for the non-payment of financial debts by Aredin Behari. The latter survived both assassination attempts.
Both episodes of the attempted murder of the deceased were recently told in SPAK by the prosecutor's associate Henrik Hoxhaj, leading to the arrest of one of the Pashaj brothers and the re-arrest of Henrik Hoxhaj and Skerdi Tas.
Meanwhile, SPAK has seized the civil and criminal files from Fieri, where the history of the conflict between the brothers Pashaj and Aredin Behari is shown./ hour
