Another young man was criminally prosecuted by the Bulqiza police after he performed dangerous maneuvers with a vehicle, blocking the traffic and polluting the air. The police announce that the 25-year-old then posted a video on social networks where he was identified and prosecuted.

He was fined 60,000 new lek for violating the Road Code, and his driving license was revoked.

Announcement of the Bulqiza Police:

He blocked the free flow of vehicles to carry out dangerous maneuvers (drift) with a vehicle, polluted the air and then posted the video on social networks, the 25-year-old driver of the vehicle is identified, caught and criminally prosecuted.

The services of the Bulqiza Police Station in cooperation with the services of the Road Police, after the publication of a video on social networks, in which a driver is shown, who had blocked the road after performing dangerous maneuvers (drift) with a vehicle causing air pollution and becoming a source of accidents for himself and other road users, thanks to quick and professional actions, as well as thanks to close cooperation with citizens, it became possible to identify and accompany EN citizen, 25 years old, who appears in the video.

Regarding the 25-year-old, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office and criminal proceedings were initiated for the criminal offenses "Obstructing the circulation of means of transport", "Air pollution".

Also, an administrative measure worth 60,000 new lek was imposed by the Traffic Police services, for violation of Article 139, point 3, of the Traffic Code, as well as the traffic permit was withdrawn.
