The 34-year-old Asqeri Mandri, who kept his wife locked in the apartment, had been back from Germany for 6 months and only shortly after his return he had started monitoring all the premises of the house with cameras.

He had placed 3 cameras at different angles in each room, including the outdoor areas.

He continues to be unemployed after returning from Germany, while initially he tried to prevent his wife from working, who initially did not go to work for 2 weeks out of jealousy, but has returned.

In his statements, Mandri stated that he was monitoring them because "this is how my brain gave me".
