The court is expected to review at 11:00 the request of former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, for the termination of the security measure "prison arrest".

The case will be reviewed by the preliminary hearing judge, Elsa Ulliri.

Beqaj's request is based on the claim of exceeding the pre-trial detention time limits, referring to a unanimous decision that determines that, when the preliminary hearing court returns a case for further investigation, the preliminary hearing time limit is considered part of the preliminary investigation time limit.

A day ago, the court changed the security measure for the other suspect, Ermal Kurtulaj, who is part of the SASPAK file.
