The Strasbourg court has overthrown Francesco Becchetti, whose television in 2013 could not participate in a race where several national digital licenses would be distributed, Euronews writes.
According to the indictment, Agon Channel was prevented by the Audiovizo Media Authority from participating in the competition with the argument that it enjoyed a national license. Agon Channel complained to AMA in 2014 but the letter is missing.
