While swimming, 41-year-old Italian man suffers cardiac arrest and died in Vlora

An Italian tourist died today at the beach of Delisuf in Vlora while swimming.

Police say it is suspected that the cause of death was cardiac arrest.

"Today, at about 5:59 pm on the beach of Delisuf, F.S., 41, a resident of Italy, is suspected of suffering cardiac arrest while swimming in the sea and subsequently died," police said.

The investigative group is at the scene and under the direction of the Prosecution Office, is working to fully clarify the circumstances and cause of the loss of life of the 41-year-old.
