The former mayor of Divjaka is accused of abuse of office in the GJKKO!

The former mayor of Divjaka, Fredi Kokoneshi , appeared before the Special Court, as a preliminary hearing is expected to be held in his case and that of three other defendants.

Kokoneshi is being charged with abuse of office. Dorjan Spaho, Andi Bullari and Ledio Xharo are also being tried in the same case .

SPAK accuses them of violating the law regarding the procedures for leasing some agricultural land for the construction of solar plants with a 10-year term of use.
