Violations in tenders worth 30 million Euros, preliminary hearing begins for Erion Isai and 14 other defendants

The preliminary hearing begins for the mayor of Kolonja, Erion Isai, and 14 defendants, municipal and ARRSH officials, who are accused of violating equality in tenders and abuse of office. 

This is an investigation into 3 procurement procedures in 2020 that in total exceed the value of 30 million euros.

The GJKKO is expected to decide whether to accept SPAK's request to proceed with the case, send it back for further investigation, or dismiss the case.
