Elvis Kapllanaj has denounced his ex-wife, claiming that she left for Belgium two years ago illegally together with their 2 daughters, without giving her power of attorney.

The 39-year-old has stated that he separated from his wife 5 years ago, but after her departure from the country, he had no communication with the children.

He demanded that the state react, warning "not to do any action that is not necessary for the sake of my children".

" I have been separated for 5 years, the first three years I communicated with the children according to the court decision. I have not spoken for two years, because my ex-wife took the children and left for Belgium, I have not issued a power of attorney for them to go abroad.

The older girl crossed with her mother, uncle and grandmother from Kosovo, while the younger girl crossed illegally. It turns out that he is in Albania, when he is in Belgium.

The state should react, I should not do anything that is not necessary for the sake of my children. I want the children to return as soon as possible, I don't know where they are, do they have anything to eat, my mother and father are looking for their granddaughters , "he said.

The court, after the divorce with his ex-wife, gave Elvis Kapllanaj the right to communicate with his daughters every day from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and to take them on vacation from August 1 to 30 and 1 until January 7.

Also for the grandparents, the court has given a decision to meet the granddaughters periodically.
