Among the many criminal events told and not told by SPAK's associate, Nuredin Dumani, there is a moment when Dumani talked directly with the gambling businessman, Ervis Martinaj.

According to journalist Elton Qyno, the two people talk on encrypted phones, as Martinaj is in Albania, while Nuredin Dumani is in the Prizren area of ​​Kosovo.

Their connection is precisely Fredi Xixha, the brother of Besian Xixha, who told Duman that he wanted to meet "V", which meant Vis Martinaj.

After Dumani said "Ok" to the invitation sent by Martinaj, Eli, who is believed to be Elvin Mërlika, Fredi Xhixha and two other people, traveled in the direction of Kosovo in a "Hammer" vehicle.

In the ongoing conversation they had with Duman inside the "Hammer" car, the latter connected directly on the phone with Ervis Martinaj, who proposed to kill Indri Dokle, since according to him, Dokle was poking his nose into his affairs.

Dumani has shown that Martinaj promised him that he would help him with the case of the trials he had with the state and the police operations that were organized for his capture.

But at the same time, Martinaj told him that things are complicated, as he had made a lot of noise.

"...Through Besian, I also met his brother Fredi Xhixha, who is about 40 years old. After Besiani had gone to prison, Fredi contacted me on the phone at "Sky" and told me that he wanted to meet me. "V" meant citizen Vis Martinaj. I was in Kosovo and I told him: ...whenever you want I'll meet you...". I don't remember but after a while Fred told me he would come. I don't remember well, it could have been December 2020 or January 2021, but in the evening after it was dark, Fredi arrived in Kosovo, who was in a "Hummer" type vehicle. Together with Fred in this vehicle, there were three other people, one of whom was called "Eli" (I don't know his full name, Eli is somewhere between 45-50 years old, he has healthy brown hair, a big belly), who is the arm of right of Ervis Martinaj. Another geros person with a plump body who could work in customs and whom Fredi told me is the son of Ervis Martinaj's uncle, as well as another person who was a young man...", he asserted.

Further, Duman says that: "...I met Fred and the people accompanying him at the exit of the Prizren-Prishtina highway. I went to a meeting with an "Audi A6" type vehicle with Serbian license plates that belonged to a Serbian named Nikola. I don't remember the "Audi" license plate, but I got out of Nikola's car and entered directly into the "Hummer" that was parked in front of a large market on the right of the roundabout when going to Pristina. The moment I got into the car we introduced ourselves as I explained above. I told him that: "...who wants to stay, let him stay, who doesn't want to go down...". The person I described as a geros and that young guy came down. After they got out of the car, together with Eli and Fred, we took a walk on a road that leads to Gjilan. The driver of the "Hammer" was Eli, and I was sitting in the front seat, while Fred was behind the car. We traveled 2 km and opened our arms somewhere and discussed there. Eli told me that: "...Vis wanted to talk to me..." and passed me his phone which was coded "Sky" Chat which made me understand that it was Vis Martinaj. We greeted each other first and he told me that: "...if I needed anything I should contact him...". I told him: "...to help me with the state, where I had in mind to close my case...". He promised me that he would take care of the job and told me to be careful and not get caught because I had made a lot of noise. Further, Dumani has shown that Ervis Martinaj entered the topic of the conversation, affirming that:

He told me that: "...he wanted to talk to me about this...".

I said that: "...I understood, it was not impossible but it was difficult...".

Ervisi told me that: "...that's why I came to you, because I know it's difficult because it's your area...".

I told him that: "...I wouldn't say yes or no, but I would look at it and think about it...".

He told me about the price: "...Decide yourself." He told me that for anything the three of them should be in contact with the chunas. Why do you want to bother me...".

After this conversation, Eli and Fredi called me to the "Audi" where the Serb was waiting for me, while they took their people and got into the "Hummer" and left..."
