The opposition's protest in front of the Parliament causes a clash between the Guard and the Police

During the protest of the opposition MPs in front of the Assembly, there was a high-pitched dispute between the leaders of the Guard and the rapid intervention forces that moved to the Parliament with the movement of the protesters in front of the town hall.

Therefore, the head of the Guard, Ermal Onuzi, had a clash with his subordinates, demanding an account of why they opened the door to the members of the Rapid Intervention Forces.

"Get out of here," Onuzi is said to have told his subordinates.

Then, deputy Flamur Noka went to the head of the Guard, who asked him to fire the employee and take all the necessary measures to punish him.

"You will remove him from his job and take him for criminal prosecution", Noka tells him, while Onuzi replies: "Okay !"

During the protest, there was a tense moment when MP Luan Baçi claims that an officer in a diving suit pulled out his pistol, when a head of the Guard appeared in front of the police and asked them to leave in loud tones.

After a few moments, the FNSH forces left and the situation calmed down.

The reason why the rapid intervention officers were allowed by the guards to enter the inner part of the Parliament yard, where security in this perimeter is guaranteed by the Guard, remains unclear.
