The person injured in the assassination attempt that killed Gilmando Dani is an agent of the Police Supervision Agency (AMP).

Muçi Shaljani (Sheqeri) has been on probation for a month and a half at AMP, appointed by Srtiol Saliasi.

Shaljan's connection to Gilmando Dani remains unclear.

It is learned that Dani had just returned to Albania through Rinas Airport when he found himself in the company of Shaljan.

They were attacked at the Rinas roundabout, just a few meters from the terminal, raising suspicions that someone had provided information about his arrival in Albania.

Gilmando Dani, considered Emiljano Shullazi's right-hand man, was killed on the spot, while Shaljani was seriously injured and is in serious condition in hospital.
