The assassination attempt that took the life of Emiljano Shullazi's right-hand man, Gilmando Dani, in Rinas, occurred in Elvis Kosova's car .

Kosova is not an unknown name to the Police, but in this case, Kosova has family ties to Dani.

Specifically, it is suspected that Kosovo and Dani are cousins.   

Who is Elvis Kosovo?

It turns out that he was arrested a year ago along with a Turkish citizen, identified as Yucehan Er, after they attempted to appropriate an "Audi" vehicle worth 200 thousand euros through a fraud scheme.

According to the police, 39-year-old Turkish man, Yucehan Er, residing in Germany, rented a vehicle, brought it to Albania and then filed a false report that it had been stolen near a hotel in Tirana.

The verifications carried out revealed that this citizen gave the vehicle to citizen Elvis Kosova and filed a false report of its theft, for profit purposes.

After uncovering the scheme, the police say that during a search in the yard of a house in the village of Prush, an "Audi" vehicle was found parked, which was seized as material evidence, along with 4 mobile phones.

He is also known as a racing "pilot" and has won the "Drag Race" held during the pandemic in Kosovo, as a representative of Albania, in June 2021, with a sports "Nissan".

In 2022 on the Laç-Mamurras axis in the Patoku area, where he was accused and investigated as the organizer of an illegal car race.

He was caught by the police while dismantling his racing car at the service station, and was fined 120 thousand lek.
