The State Police has uncovered new details from the serious event that happened two years ago, referred to as the "Don Bosco" Massacre, where Erion Çela was killed and four others were injured.
According to the police, Kasandre Noga and Kevin Suçi paid for the murder of the citizen Gerion Hasanbelli, who was the target of the assassination attempt, but the executioners confused the target by killing Erion Çela.
The court imposed a prison sentence for Kassander Noga, who is imprisoned in Belgium.
Their first major clash would date back to 2000, in what is known as the "Sanatorium Massacre".
There, in a hospital room, the blood feud to the death between two rivals begins.
On August 19, 2000, around 4:00 p.m., Kasandre Noga and Julian Çela entered the Sanatorium hospital in Tirana with a machine gun in their hands and after removing the serums from their arms, they cruelly killed Aqif Hasanbelli, the father of Erion and Geron Hasanbelli, and Dritan Hajdin. Geron's friend. Agron, Gentian Hasanbelli and Lavdosh Karaj were also injured
A serious event which came two weeks after in Patos, Kassander Noga had a conflict with Gentiani, the brother of Erion and Geron Hasanbelli, but which would also be the beginning of a long and fruitless revenge between Kassander Noga on the one hand and the brothers Hasanbelli on the other side, who would now move the oath to take revenge from Tirana to Belgium.
Earlier, Kassändre Noga is suspected of having committed two more murders.
The old enmity between the two erupted in 2022 in Belgium in a failed assassination attempt that left Hasanbelli injured and Noga in handcuffs.
The latter was previously convicted by Albanian justice and left Albania at the end of 18 years of imprisonment for the Sanatorium massacre, where he killed Aqif Hasanbelli, the father of Erion Hasanbelli and Dritan Hajdin.
The murders from Albania were actually moved to Belgium where Erion Hasabelliu executed Julian Çela co-author with Noga in the sanatorium massacre. For this crime, Hasanbelliu is being tried in Albania according to the Belgian letters of order, but for which the justice has not issued an arrest warrant.
For Erjon Hasanbelli, justice has shaken the file after in March 2022 the Supreme Court annulled the verdicts of innocence for him and re-sent him for trial to the Vlora Court of Appeal. He is accused of murdering Julian Çela and seriously injuring Kassander Noga.
Elena Bekerman and others who were in the "prehistory" bar testified about this assassination attempt in Belgium, where Cassander Noga was also targeted. For this file, the Court of Appeals had acquitted Erjon Hasanbelli, while the Supreme Court assessed that the lower courts were contradictory and with significant deficiencies in reasoning, while the evidence against him was submitted by the Belgian justice system.
The case for Erjon Hasanbelli is being retried in absentia on the charge of murder with premeditation for blood feud of Julian Çela and remaining attempted against Kassander Noga. It is not yet known why the prosecution did not request a security measure.
