Through a letter, Kosovo requests the help of the Albanian judiciary, which urgently asks what concrete actions have been carried out by the prosecutors in Tirana regarding the death of the businessman Muhamet Junikaj, who died in a hospital in the capital after an assassination attempt.

Due to the investigations registered in Kosovo against Shpejtim Kunish, suspected of intentional murder, the Basic Prosecutor's Office requests to make available the Tirana police reports carried out by police station number 4, TCH reports. These actions prove that after the 43-year-old businessman was shot with a firearm in the village of Dujakë in Gjakova, he was kept under more specialized treatment in Tirana between August 19 and 23, when he died.

The relatives of the deceased have submitted the data to the prosecutor's office in Gjakova, who say that they treated him at the "Mother Teresa" hospital, where he could not cope with the serious injuries.

The request was submitted to the capital's prosecutor's office by the Serious Crimes Investigation Department, and among other things, fast legal assistance is requested for the way the patient was treated in Albania, from August 19, as well as the autopsy report of the deceased.
