"They have no point of sadness, no point of professional manhood, no point of fear." This is what analyst Frrok Çi says about the head of SPAK, Arben Kraja and the chief prosecutor Olsian Çela, as he compares the latter two with the former Italian judge Giovanni Falcone, killed by the mafia in 1992.

In one of his writings, Çupi writes, among other things, that Falcone did not have America behind him, as Kraja and Çela have, adding that if the US did not support Albania, then the mobsters would have eaten our teeth like rabbits.

The analyst further writes that Kraja and Çela look like two newly emerged men from the dew point, with their hair carefully combed and licked, themselves washed and changed like babies.

Excerpts from Frrok Çupi's article:

I do not want to scare our prosecutors; neither the General Prosecutor nor the SPAK Prosecutor. But even today prosecutors could be killed in this fierce war. Falcone did not have America behind him, they have him. Without America we would never have succeeded; our mobsters would have 'eaten us with their teeth like rabbits'.

'Inshallah' neither Olsi nor Arben have ever heard of Giovanni Falcone, the 'extraordinary hero of conscience'.

Kur i shikoj, si njërin edhe tjetrin, besoj se nuk kanë pikë trishtimi, as pikë burrërie profesionale, as pikë frike. Të dy më duken si dy burra ‘aqua e sapone’, të sapodalë nga pika e vesës. Flokët të krehur e të lëpirë me kujdes, vetë të larë e të ndërruar si bebe, të veshur ‘spic’, me një lëkurë të bardhë e të kuruar sapo kanë dalë nga ‘spa and wellness center’. Nuk e dua këtë lloj burri, megjithatë e pranoj se janë në modë; jo si prokurorë sigurisht, por ndoshta si kamerierë a diçka tjetër.

Kur vdiq Falcone, maj 1992, nuk kishe ku t’i gjeje para të depozituara apo nëpër xhepa, as shtëpi luksi, as vilë, as ndonjë shënim për parfumet. Ai nuk jetonte në bllokun e zyrtarëve mafiozë.

Nuk është kjo çështja e tërë. Çështja është se si prokurori, si inxhinieri apo si gazetari…, me atë çfarë i shikon në bojë, atë do t’i kërkosh edhe në soj.
