The artistic residence, "Villa 31 x Art Explora", also known as the former villa of dictator Enver Hoxha, opened to the public today.

The residence of former dictator Enver Hoxha has been transformed into an open, cultural environment to host Albanian and foreign artists for the organization of cultural events.

Prime Minister Edi Rama was also present at the opening ceremony.

"I'm glad that today ends a very long road of what will happen to this building, dilemmas about what program this building could be, temptations to demolish it, to turn it into something else, and it ends in the best way, first of all thanks to the two architects here.

I believe that the two architects have an extraordinary merit for the way they have transformed this haunted house into a space that has a different program from what was the program of this house while maintaining a content from a decorative point of view that not only makes this center more livable and attractive, inspiring in many aspects, thank you very much for the work done.

Regardless of the result and the workload, his appearance is as if he is ready to say goodbye to this world, much respect for the work.
