The murder of Talo Çela's brother? Duman's testimony continues:

As announced, Nuredin Dumani is continuing and testifying today at the premises of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime.

This time he is talking about the murder of Bujar Çela, the brother of the much-wanted Talo Çela.

According to what he said in the courtroom, Çela was killed by his associate Besmir Xhixha, after Dumani's firearm failed to fire.

" The murder of Bujar Çela? I had 2 weapons with me, one to use for the crime, the other I kept as usual for self-defense and I did not use it in the event. I participated in the crime with Besmir Xhixha and Enver Diva. I tried to shoot Bujar but the gun did not fire. I told Xhixha to shoot because it was not firing at me. I did not use the second weapon because I did not want to get it dirty..., " Dumani said in his testimony.
