This is the young man,  Vasil Kamberi , who was shot by his relative in the forest of the village of Tërnova e Vogël in Bulqizë at around 12:00 noon today.

The 36-year-old died while being transported by helicopter to the hospital as a result of his injuries.

The suspected perpetrator of the incident has been identified as the 34-year-old man with the initials FK, a relative of the victim, who has been accompanied to the Police Station for further action.

The circumstances of Vasil Kamberi's murder are still unknown, whether it was accidental or intentional.

Police announcement:

On 16.01.2025, at around 12.00, a report was received that in the forest of the village of Tërnova e Vogël in Bulqizë, a 36-year-old citizen was wounded with a shotgun (pair), who, as a result of the injuries sustained, lost his life during transportation by helicopter to the hospital.

From the first investigative actions, it has resulted that the suspected perpetrator of the incident is citizen FK, 34 years old (relative to citizen VK), who has been accompanied to the Police Station for further actions.

The investigative group under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office continues its actions at the scene to clarify and fully document this event.
