Lawyer Saimir Vishaj, who a year ago went through one of the most difficult "winters" of his life, the fight with cancer, has recently come out in a confession where he talked about many things, from the days in a coma, to recovery, to the divorce from his love of 40 years and loneliness.

Invited to the show "Breaking", Vishaj, through tears, recounted the moments when he was in a coma and the strength he had within to face this battle.

He has also stopped at divorcing his now ex-wife, Silvana, the renowned surgeon who is apparently now living in the United States of America, alongside her sons.

The lawyer confessed that Silvana was the one who stood by him during his stay in the hospital in Italy, but like many others, she could not cope with his illness and decided to leave.

"I am going through a difficult family period. My family and wife have chosen to live abroad, they live in the USA. I have been abandoned but I will get through it," the lawyer said, adding that his children are holding their mother's "arm" and that at these moments he is completely alone, he and his dog.

No matter how good the USA is, I want to work in Albania.

Now I'm building a normal life. Despite having faced many trials. But I've overcome them. I'm coping alone, now I have a dog. I think I'll become like Lasgush Poradeci, 'Lonely but with a dog'. My children have also made me a grandfather and I'm happy for them. I was in the US a few weeks ago and met them. In 40 years of marriage, it is normal that loneliness does not suit anyone. A marriage bound by love does not fade away so quickly. But when I miss you, I go to the USA and meet my nephew. I have no relationship with my ex-wife.

Zero communication. It's been 8 months since I've been through this, I'm better. Children are the ones who always side with their mother, if I had a daughter she would have sided with me.
