The court hearing at the GJKKO for the case known as the "Partizani" file has been postponed, due to the absence of the defendant Fatmir Bektashi  of " Kontakt " and his lawyer, Sokol Hazizaj.

During the hearing, SPAK representatives requested that the process be postponed, arguing that the absence of both legal counsel and the defendant makes it impossible for the normal continuation of the trial.

"Since lawyer Sokol Hazizaj and defendant Bektashi are absent, we believe that we are in a situation where the hearing should be postponed," SPAK representatives said in the courtroom.

Meanwhile, the two witnesses summoned for this process were also present in the courtroom, but their testimony was not administered after the hearing was adjourned.

The next hearing is scheduled for June 8, at 10:00 a.m. There will be 5 witnesses at the next hearing, including Paro Laçi and Genc Ruli.
