The Tirana Court has remanded in prison Bardhyl Fusha, the 59-year-old who recently robbed a considerable amount of money near a Fibank branch.

He expressed remorse before the black squads, while his legal defense attorney Marash Ndoci asked the court for a more lenient security measure.

The lawyer suggested to the court that Bardhyl Fushe undergo a psychological evaluation regarding his mental state at the time of the incident.

On the afternoon of February 12, Bardhyl Fusha parked his car and, with a firearm in hand, entered the bank where he managed to withdraw around 8 million lek.

After taking the money at gunpoint, he was stopped by police officers at the bank exit. Referring to the evidence, they show that he committed the crime under conditions where he was in debt.
