When Emiljano Lela, Coordinator at the Oncology Hospital in QSUNT, saw and heard them, the accused approached them and asked if they wanted him to help them.

After he took them and sent them to the doctor Edmond Gashi, Doctor at the Oncology Hospital in QSUNT, the accused and then he did a superficial check of the mother and made her state alarming, directly telling her that she should go into surgery after her condition was very bad.

At that moment, he told him that they would continue to visit him in Astir at his "Megis" clinic, as there were delays in the hospital, there were queues, and the work was not waiting.

That day, he went from QSUT to the "Megis" clinic, where they did a biopsy, and after that moment, 1 month later, Emiljano calls him and tells him that the biopsy results have come out and that the mother should come for the operation.

Also, Emiljano told him on the phone that the payment was 3000 Euros, but since Emiljano recommended it, it would be 2500, when they went to the hospital, they paid 2700 Euros, as there were also hospital expenses.

After the operation, the mother underwent a biopsy and when they gave her the answer, they told her that according to the doctor the answer was good, it was not a bad tumor and there was no need for anything, while they sent her to see another doctor inside the clinic who told him that he should have chemotherapy.

At that moment, he told her why he should do chemotherapy when the mother is fine and the doctor said the answer is ok, he gave her the papers with a sullen face, as he didn't like the fact that he said no to chemotherapy and left.

Doctor Mondi gave him a prescription for a drug called Femara 2.5 mg, which he first took from the pharmacy located at his clinic, and then bought it normally at the pharmacy in Burrel.

Asked by us if they first knew the citizen Emiljano Lela, he stated that they did not know him before, as he stated above, he approached him himself".

According to the file, the citizen asked about the fact that Emiljano contacted him after the operation, he says that he did not contact him again and does not even recognize him as a face, since as he stated initially, he met his daughter-in-law and his mother and communicated only on the phone who directed him to the doctor and told him about the payment.
