During the May 11 electoral campaign, the incumbent Member of Parliament for the Elbasan region, Dashnor Sula , was not included in the DP candidate lists by President Sali Berisha and remains outside the Assembly in this legislature.
During the electoral campaign, Prime Minister Edi Rama used this element as a political discourse, attacking the DP primaries and the fact that a prominent parliamentary figure like Sula was left out, whom he also labeled "Peqi's Rooster" several times.
He considered him a strong opponent who would make the race for Elbasan easier for the Socialists. Meanwhile, he personified the leader of the Democratic Party with a "marsh owl" throughout the campaign.
And now the next 'pearl' comes from MP Dashnor Sula himself. He recently posted with an owl in his hand, which he seems to have "caught in a swamp."
Sula says on his personal Facebook account that he 'found it somewhere between the morning light and the terrine, haunted as a symbol of resistance that will neither run away nor move forward'. But unlike the owl, the MP says that "it is not afraid"
Sula's lover's post:
Somewhere between the morning light and the darkness that will not leave without a sound, He appeared... The Owl. Silent, haunted, but always under observation.
Sitting in the middle of the road, just like a symbol of the old resistance that doesn't know how to run away, but doesn't know how to move forward either. His eyes like those of a system that follows every movement, but doesn't understand any direction. And yes, for a few seconds he looked at me as if to say: I'm still here!
But I smiled. Because unlike him, I'm not afraid of the light.
