The race for the head of SPAK enters the final phase, the KLP reviews the candidates' criteria on Monday

The four prosecutors who have expressed interest in leading SPAK are: Adnan Xholi, Klodian Braho, Doloreza Musabelliu and Ervin Gokaj.

The High Prosecutorial Council will meet this Monday at 10:00 to review whether the four candidates aspiring to lead SPAK meet the legal requirements to continue the race.

The meeting will take place in the special hall of the Council, where members of the KLP, representatives from the General Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Justice, as well as experts from the international projects EU4Justice and OPDAT will be present.

The focus of the meeting will be the approval of a draft decision that determines the final list of candidates who meet the legal criteria for the position of head of the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime.

The four prosecutors who have expressed interest in leading SPAK are: Adnan Xholi, Klodian Braho, Doloreza Musabelliu and Ervin Gokaj.

After reviewing their documentation, the interview phase by the KLP will follow, where candidates will have the opportunity to present their platforms and vision for leading the special structure.
