The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime has confiscated and transferred to the state some assets of Viktor Shoraj.

NOTICE

Pursuant to Normative Act No. 1, dated 31.01.2020, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime with the decision dated 20.07.2023, has decided to accept the request of the Special Prosecution by confiscating and passing in favor of the state, among others, the assets of the subject Viktor Shoraj and the persons related to him as follows:

Apartment No. 7/3 (2+1), incl. 109.03 m2, located in Tirana, owned by citizen M. Mana.

Apartment No. 6/1 (2+1, with a building size of 110.36m2, which is located in Tirana, owned by citizen M. Mana.

Shop unit with a construction size of 122m2 and 2 (two) parking spaces located in Tirana, owned by the citizen M. Mana.

Apartment with a floor area of ​​52.27 m2, in Orikum Vlorë, owned by citizen N. Toro.

Apartment with roof. 54.50 m2, in Orikum Vlorë, owned by citizen Naim Toro.

Property of the "building" type, with 134 m2, "Uji i Ftohtë" Neighborhood, Vlorë Municipality, owned by citizen N. Toro.
