An unprecedented case of the crime of passion has occurred in the province of Foxia in Italy, where a 41-year-old Albanian pretending to be a girl and first by deception and then by threats robbed an Italian citizen of 18,000 euros.
The criminal offense was committed in a group by the Albanian and his friends, while the police arrested in Milan, citizen Ervin Sopi, who is believed to be the organizer of the group.
The investigative judge of the Lombardo court has deemed the arrest right by ordering the imprisonment of the 41-year-old.
On November 17, two of his accomplices were arrested in the act: a 48-year-old Nigerian (who committed suicide two days later in the Foxhia prison) and Leonardo Rodriquens, a 29-year-old from Manfredonia.
Both were caught going to the victim's house to get the money, while their identification became possible thanks to the victim's report.
The victim of fraud said that for 10 months he had a virtual relationship on "Messenger" with an Albanian girl.
In the messages, the young woman had told him that she was in financial difficulties and therefore had asked him for help. Hoping to start a romantic relationship with the Albanian girl, the victim sent about 13 thousand euros to a bank account held by the Albanian detained by the police.
When the victim decided to cut off all relations with the alleged woman, the threats began, after which the man gave another four thousand euros. The irritated victim has also changed his phone number, but the threat has continued on his father's number.
Exhausted, father and son agreed to give them another thousand euros and at the moment of delivery, they photographed the two associates who were arrested by the police.
