Saranda police have launched a search for two brothers as suspected perpetrators of the injury of two young men today.

FNSH forces are also searching for them.

One is Ramadan Zoto alias Ramadan Canaj, 43 years old, previously convicted in Greece for murder and illegal possession of weapons, currently on trial in Saranda for "assault in the line of duty."

He is considered a high-risk person, as he exchanged fire with the Greek police several years ago during his activities in Greece.

His brother, Erjon Canaj, 35 years old, is also wanted.

In December 2022, Canaj raped the Saranda hospital guard, while in February 2024 he was arrested in his apartment with 2 pistols, but was declared innocent by the Saranda Court a few months ago.
