The show "Në Shënjestre" by journalist Klodiana Lala, on News24, dealt today with the case of the murder of the former anti-drug agent in the Elbasan Police, Roland Rexhepi, otherwise known as "Doda". The suspected perpetrators of the murder were discovered a full 15 years after the serious event, while "Doda" was executed near his apartment with gunfire. According to the data provided by the show 'Në Shënjester', the discovery of the citizen Gëzim Balla, today wanted by the police, as one of the accomplices of the murder in 2009 of the police officer, Roland Rexhepi, was made after another important finding. That of some traces left on the van used in the crime, which until 2023, had remained unidentified as to who they belonged to.

Maybe they thought everything was forgotten. That time had taken its course and no one would return to their past.

But apparently they had forgotten that accounts in this life are done with justice.

And justice delays but does not forget, even when it is earthly, and not simply a divine apostolate.

Despite the fact that there are 15 years of distance.

But often when you think a tombstone has bought eternal silence, what's underground often turns to your insecurity. Just when you already think you have cleared your conscience and can walk around free because nothing in your thoughts can turn back time.

But apparently this is not always the case.

And there is always a guilt in life that haunts you wherever you go and that you must atone for.

This seems to be the case of the former anti-drug officer in Elbasan, Roland Rexhepi, who was executed in the early hours of the morning on July 22, 2009, as he left his garage, where he had gone to pick up his car, in the neighborhood Volunteer' in Elbasan.

A murder that shocked at that time the city in the navel of Albania, which even without this execution was sufficiently weakened by the clashes of criminal groups, which meanwhile had produced many victims.

Where at the center of all this river of fruitless blood was always the fight for territory, in one of the most influential areas of storage and transit of hard narcotics.

But when it was thought that the murder of 'Doda', as Roland Rexhepi was known in his everyday life in Elbasan, was closed without going to the real perpetrators of this crime and was left only to some perpetrators who have already received the corresponding punishments from justice, a new development, or a dactyloscopic trace found in the van that was used for his murder, seems to have once again cleared the file for the execution of the former head of the anti-drug sector in the Elbasan Police.

Një gjurmë që përbën edhe një pikë kthese të rëndësishme për rihapjen e hetimeve, dhe çuarjen drejt bangës së akuzës jo thjesht të bashkëpunëtorëve në krim, por edhe të atyre që financuan vrasjen, por edhe motiveve të vërteta përse u eleminua ish-oficeri i antidrogës.

Por çfarë ishte kjo gjurmë e cila sot ka shpallur në kërkim një nga autorët e mundshëm të vrasjes, i cili menjëherë pasi mësoi që ishte zbuluar u largua nga Shqipëria, bashkë me familjen e tij?

Sipas të dhënave të siguruara nga emisioni ‘Në Shënjestër’, zbulimi i shtetasit Gëzim Balla, sot në kërkim nga policia, si një nga bashkëpunëtorët e vrasjes në vitin 2009 të oficerit të policisë, Roland Rexhepi, u bë pas një tjetër gjetje të rëndësishme.

Atë të disa gjurmëve të mbetura në furgonin e përdorur në krim, të cilat deri në vitin 2023, kishin mbetur të paidentifikuara se kujt i përkisnin.

Por që Sektori i Daktiloskopisë pranë Institutit të Policisë Shkencore, mundi të vërtetojë se disa prej këtyre gjurmëve i përkisnin shtetasit Donald Hoxha.

I cili në vitin 2009 ishte vetëm 19 vjeç dhe që prej vitesh jetonte jashtë Shqipërisë.

Dosja Hetimore: “Më datë 22 Dhjetor 2023, Sektori i Daktiloskopisë pranë Institutit të Policisë Shkencore, ka informuar se nga ekzaminimet me sistemin AFIS/APIS, është bërë i mundur identifikimi i gjurmëve papilare të administruara në vendin e ngjarjes të vrasjes së shtetasit Roland Rexhepi, ndodhur më datë 22 Korrik 2009 në Elbasan.  

Konkretisht nga katër gjurmët papilare të shënuara me shkronja A, B, C, G të fiksuara në vendin e ngjarjes nga kqyrja e furgonit tip Renault pa targa që ka lidhje me vrasjen e shtetasit Roland Rexhepi, dy gjurmët e gishtave të ndodhura tek fotografia e shënuar me shkronjën ‘B’. janë formuar nga gishti tregues dhe i mesit i dorës së djathtë të shtetasit Donald Luan Hoxha. i vitlindjes 1990”.

Do të ishte ky zbulim momenti i duhur që Prokuroria e Elbasanit të rihapte edhe njëherë dosjen e ngrirë prej vitesh të vrasjes së efektivit Roland Rexhepi.

Si edhe firmosjen e urdhërit të ndalimit për Donald Hoxhën, si person që ka dijeni apo është pjesëmarrës direkt apo indirekt në ekzekutimn e ish-shefit të narkotikëve në qytet.

Hoxha, sot në moshën 34 vjeçare, që gjatë kontrollit në banesën e tij, me qëllim ndalimin në fillim të vitit 2024, rezultoi se nuk ndodhej në Shqipëri, kjo edhe pas konfirmimit të familjarëve të tij.

Por që u ndalua në territorin britanik me qëllim ekstradimin e tij, riatdhesim për llogari të drejtësisë shqiptare që u bë i mundur disa muaj më pas.  

Dosja Hetimore: “Pas relacionit të depozituar nga Drejtoria Vendore e Policisë Elbasan, më datë 3 Janar 2024, prokurorët e çështjes vendosën rifillimin e hetimeve për vrasjen e shtetasit Roland Rexhepi.

Dhe disa ditë më pas lëshuan urdhërin e menjëhershëm të ndalimit për shtetasin Donald Hoxha, i dyshuar për krimet ‘Vrasje me paramendim’ në bashkëpunim si dhe ‘Mbajtje pa leje të armëve luftarake’

By the decision of the Elbasan Court of First Instance, this person has been assigned the personal security measure 'Arrest in prison'".
