A few months ago, Marjus Musaku was denounced by 30-year-old Ersida Dyrmishi, that he had taken her hostage and raped her for 9 days. But it seems that it didn't happen like that. In an exclusive interview for "Alshpiëria Live" a few weeks ago, Musaku said that he is innocent and that everything was voluntary. Which is confirmed by forensic expertise.

Marjus Musaku's lawyer stated that "we are in the investigation phase" and that they made a request to change the security measure, but it was rejected by the court.

Also, the lawyer said that Dyrmish will be accused of "false accusation", but it is also reported that Ersida herself is not in Albania. But that he requested political asylum in France.

"We made a request to the Court where we requested the replacement of the security measure, to be investigated in a free state, and it was not accepted. It has been reviewed and we are waiting for the reasoning of the Court. We await the reasoned decision and will appeal. We have submitted all the evidence and it has been accepted. Even telephone conversations were examined and intimate photos were found. Ersida claims that she was abused, drugged and raped. But according to the expertise, Ersida was not raped, it also turned out that they did not consume drugs. We will take it to appeal. Ersida is a victim and at the moment it is up to her to appear in court. Her representative said that she is abroad in a serious condition, with anxiety. We have taken as evidence a statement from Marjus's granddaughter,- said Kola in the show "Albania Live"

Meanwhile, Musak's sister, Edlira, tells what she had recently communicated with her brother: Marjusi is very irritated, he is going into depression. She's holding it in. I want him to come and tell the truth about my brother that he didn't take it with God. My brother does not need to be threatened. If my brother was one of them...My right must be found, he says.

A few months ago, there was news that the mother of two children, 30-year-old Ersida Dyrmishi, had left the apartment without a trace, forcing her husband to report her disappearance to the Police. Her husband published the photo of his wife and asked for information about her. The young woman was found in a hotel, she claimed that Marjusi had taken her hostage at gunpoint and even raped her. Meanwhile, according to Marjusi's family members, he is still in the cell and risks 10 to 25 years in prison. But it seems that the charges against him have dropped, and the one who will be punished is the 30-year-old Dyrmishi.
