Edvin Kondili is one of the candidates for the head of SPAK. He presented to the members of the KLP his platform if elected as the head of the Special Prosecutor's Office.

Kondili said that he has the courage, vision and professional preparation to lead SPAK.

" I applied to be in charge of SPAK as I think I have the courage, vision and professional preparation to lead the Special Prosecutor's Office.

If I will be the leader of SPAK, I will have maximum commitment for SPAK to be an example of returning trust to the public and we will definitely give our contribution to be part of the EU ", said Kondili.

The prosecutor showed, among other things, the criminal offenses that he has investigated during his duty as a prosecutor, a duty that he said he has been exercising for 18 years.

During my 18 years as a prosecutor, I have investigated and represented in court a large number of criminal cases related to all the offenses under the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor's Office for Serious Crimes and then the Special Prosecutor's Office. Of course, in the part of the Special Prosecutor's Office, rather focused on the part of the offenses related to corruption.

To make a description, I briefly mention the fact that the panel crimes that I have investigated and represented in the trial, in my estimation, qualitatively and successfully have had to do with the criminal offenses related to the trafficking of narcotics, the trafficking of weapons and military ammunition, the trafficking of explosives, kidnapping of persons, coercion through the threat of handing over property, murder of police officers, murder due to family relationships, committing criminal offenses within structured criminal groups and criminal organizations, generally with the aim of trafficking narcotics. Premeditated murder.

I have investigated and represented in court criminal cases with a large number of defendants, some of whom exceeded the number of 35 defendants. The punishment measures that I requested and that were subsequently approved, of course, due to the nature of the criminal offenses that I represented in the trial, were in some cases 20 years of imprisonment or up to life imprisonment ", said Kondili.
