A decision by the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime for the seizure of two apartments and a vehicle indirectly owned by two people from Lezha has been finalized in the Court of Appeal of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime.

This is about citizen Flori Pali.

The 49-year-old from Lezha was accused by the Police in 2023 of international drug trafficking as part of a structured criminal group.

In May 2025, the GJKKO decided to confiscate several assets that, according to the court, resulted in indirect possession of Pali.

The assets include two apartments in the Tirana Zoo area and a vehicle.

According to the decision, the apartment with an area of ??93 square meters with property number 1**/40+1-4, in cadastral zone 3292, is registered in the name of the company "Pajtoni shpk", but according to the court, it is in indirect possession of citizen Flori Pali.

Another apartment in the same area, with an area of ??69.7 square meters and property number 1**/40+1-5, is also registered in the name of "Pajtoni shpk", while according to the GJKKO it is considered in the de facto ownership of Pali through third parties.

In the same decision, a Mercedes Benz E 220 CDI vehicle, manufactured in 2012, with license plate AB630BK, was also confiscated. The vehicle is registered in the name of citizen Flavian Lazri, but according to the court, it was used and controlled indirectly by the Pali brothers.

Announcement of the GJKKO

Flori Pali has appealed the decision to the Court of Appeal of the Kosovo Court of Appeals, requesting the return of the assets, claiming that they are owned by other persons.

From the documents consulted, it appears that the GJKKO has notified the legal owners of the properties as interested parties in the process.

In this context, the company "Pajtoni shpk", owned by businessman Armando Pajtoni, has also been notified, as the two apartments in Tirana are registered in the name of this company.

According to the court's findings, the company served as a cover for the real ownership of assets that, according to the investigation, belong to Florit Pal.

Armando Pajtoni is also a construction businessman and it seems that SPAK's special investigations have discovered Paul's two apartments registered in the name of the company Pajtoni shpk.

The property investigation against Paul was conducted by SPAK, which managed to identify assets that, according to the prosecution, were hidden through third parties and legal entities.

According to documents obtained by Skyweb.al, the hearing at the Court of Appeal of the Kosovo Constitutional Court on this matter is scheduled to take place on March 19 at 09:00 in the premises of this court/ skyweb
