The police seized 183 sunbeds and umbrellas that were placed without permission on Rinia beach in Durrës.

As part of the "Free Beach" operation, the police have documented that two entities had placed umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach area without permission.

For this reason, the investigation has started for the two administrators EB, 35 years old, after he had placed 42 deckchairs and 21 umbrellas, as well as F. Gj., 46 years old, after he had placed 80 deckchairs and 40 umbrellas. They are charged with the criminal offense of "Land occupation".

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further actions.
