CFO Pharma CEO, Nadir Çausholli: I will pursue legal action against media

The head of CFO Pharma,  Nadir Çausholli, has reacted to several media articles that mention the name of his company.

He writes on Facebook that the online media in question is third-hand, while emphasizing that the real culprit behind the attack on him is Ilir Shehu (Pasholli) and has nothing to do with the Italian company "Chiesi".

Çausholli says that Shehu, owner of Medicamenta and Mega Store, changed his last name to escape Italian justice after being convicted there for drug trafficking.

The head of CFO Pharma further adds that Shehu is his competitor and has been involved in drug smuggling.

He accuses the portals of attacking him because he doesn't pay them and because they are angry with him.

Finally, Çausholli writes that he will legally pursue all posts that have been made and sponsored.

In March of this year, the CFO Pharma building on the Tirana-Durres highway was hit by a hail of bullets, which hit the glass facade, causing material damage.

Nadir Çausholli was arrested earlier on October 31, 2015, after, according to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office and the Tax Directorate, through his company "Omega Farma", Çausholli had increased his profits by "falsifying documents" and "fraud" with serious consequences, about 2.2 million euros from the reimbursable medicine fund.

After his arrest, the company changed its name to "CFO Pharma", while management passed to Nadir Çausholli's father.

Nadir Çausholli was found not guilty by the Court of Appeal and, in 2017, returned as owner of the company he created, "CFO Pharma".

Çausholli's post:

"Good evening to all my friends on FB. I saw today that a third-party online media had published a post about my company as if the Chiesi company was upset and had discovered something. I would like to inform you that the Italian company Chiesi has no connection. Behind this game is only Ilir Shehu, owner of the Medicamenta Company and Mega Store. This is a competitor of ours. According to the information that many pharmacies send to me and many media outlets, after seeing this fake attack, they say that:

1-Ilir Shehu (Pasholi) who is said to have changed his surname to his mother's because his real surname is Pasholli, so his name was Ilir Pasholli. But again, according to the pharmacies, he was convicted in Italy for international drug trafficking and came to Albania and to lose track of him, he changed his surname to his mother's. According to this logic, why is the anti-mafia law not catching him because he is convicted of international drug trafficking and has built two buildings with drug money. Should he be subject to a property investigation? Should he be seized according to the anti-mafia law? Where did he find the money to build two buildings when he was the driver of Vini Pharma?? With this logic, he also has a prison sentence to serve because he evaded Italian justice by changing his surname. The Italian Embassy can find him with the new surname

2- He is the main character of the smuggling of drugs and yet according to pharmacies there are 100 denunciations about him, but the institutions do not act? This whole scheme is controlled by making the crossings of customs declarations in Italy and Albania. I believe that many problems of many types will be found. With what did the pharmacies tell me, a former employee has denounced him for this part and we will see.

3-According to a national television station, he was found producing a fake Takipirinen supposedly made in Albania. The television station has a show about him ready and I don't think they can pay him not to air it.

I wouldn't want to believe this information that pharmacies give me, but institutions can verify it and tell us about its accuracy. So, this is the sponsor of some online media for today's attack on me.

The real reason why he attacks me is because his Italian company wants to take it away from him and give it to us. We have no connection whatsoever to what is written on some portals which:

1-Some people don't pay for it and are eager to get scammed.

2-Some other media say that I want to become famous by using your name. Good luck

3-Some people are understandably angry with me.

4-I also have a friend whose posts about me are of interest and visibility, and he likes this and that's why he posts them.

This news has no source and these media outlets are eager to post it and make it a scoop. You have seen for yourself that I have been attacked for a long time by some online media outlets with all kinds of news, where every kind of scenario is used to tarnish my image.

"I will legally pursue all these posts that have been made and sponsored today. I took the photo of Ilir Shehu (real surname as the pharmacies say Pasholli) from the internet from the Prapaskena website, but I have no connection to this media."
