The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime has changed the security measure for the former director of IMT, Mariglen Qato, who was in "prison arrest" as part of the investigations into the file known as "5D".

With the decision announced this Tuesday, the Appeals Court accepted Qato's appeal and replaced the security measure of "prison arrest" with "house arrest".
