The meeting would take place on October 9, in front of a bar where the judge herself would be nearby.

But everything breaks down when the family members are asked for another 200,000 to favor a reduction of the sentence. From a calculation of the years of the sentence, the family members of the convict understand that the amount that was requested was very large compared to the few months that they would sit down and withdraw.

In the trial that was held in October 2021, Julio receives the punishment while the investigations continue until July 2022, when the judge, the lawyer, the convict, the uncle were handcuffed while another person, a friend of the family, was prosecuted.

Taulanti and the lawyer have decided to meet at a bar at "Dinamo's intersection" in order to hand over the requested and agreed upon amount of money.

18:27  The lawyer together with his wife enter the bar and meet the judge Zamira Vyshka.

7:00 p.m.  The lawyer calls Taulanti and tells him where he is and that he would ring the bell when he approached. They seem to have discussed beforehand that at the moment of handing over the monetary amount, the lawyer Pashaj will be in the presence of judge Zamira Vyshka.

"The presence of the judge at a fairly close distance (Inside the bar in the premises in front of the door of the bar) also guarantees Taulanti that the amount will be delivered to the judge in order to favor the defendant. But of course Taulanti could not meet directly with the judge as everything would be exposed," the file says

19:27  Ilir Pashaj leaves the bar G. B... and meets Taulanti with whom they stand for a few minutes in front of the door of the bar. An argument starts between Taulanti and the lawyer. Then the lawyer enters the bar while Taulanti leaves with an envelope in hand and they get into the car 

19:55  Iliri Pashaj and his wife are separated from Zamira Vyshka. The couple got into the Benz while the judge owned a black Chrysler that had been parked in front of the bar.

Taulan calls Andrea T and tells what happened 

Taulanti: I met him but I didn't do anything. I didn't give them to him

"Only after the meeting of the lawyer Ilir Pashaj with the judge Zamira Vyshka, the lawyer changed his position and increased the requested monetary amount by 200 thousand lek" the file states.

"In a logical analysis of the evidence and developments, the request to increase the monetary amount according to the prosecution is the request of judge Zamira Vyshka, but of course, in order not to expose it, it is transmitted to Taulanti through the lawyer Ilir Pashaj," the file continues.

The interceptions continue even further in February, April 2022 and according to the prosecution prove the acquaintance of the judge with Taulant Ramallari.

The judge denies the charges
