The moment of arrest

Father and son have been arrested by the police of Fier, while the other son has been declared wanted after being accused of cultivating and selling narcotics.

Citizens Arshi Hoxhaj, 47 years old and Eltjon Hoxhaj, 24 years old, residents of Kreshpan, Fier, were put in handcuffs, and citizen Damirel Hoxhaj, 23 years old (father and two sons) were declared wanted.

"From the investigative actions it was found that these citizens, in cooperation with each other, carried out the criminal activities of cultivation, production and sale of narcotics. these citizens, where they found and seized as material evidence, about 8 kg of suspected narcotic substance cannabis sativa, 2 illegal shotguns, as well as 40,800 euros, 3,000 dollars and 2 vehicles, suspected to have benefited from criminal activities." it is stated in the Police announcement. 

The Blues of Fier have also found 163 cannabis plants cultivated on a land belonging to these citizens

The materials for further actions were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Fier Court of First Instance.
