The Prosecution of Tirana has requested today the measure of 'arrest in prison' for Qerim Krasniqi, 30-year-old from Kosovo, who is suspected of the criminal offense of fraud. According to the police report, the 30-year-old had deceived a citizen and managed to extort 135,000 euros.

The young man managed to beat the citizen by claiming that with the amount of money he would invest in the Call Center. The investigative group has also discovered that the 30-year-old has performed the same method with some other citizens of Albania, collecting large sums of money. The file for the 30-year-old from Kosovo Qerim Krasniqi, who was arrested for fraud and taking a sum of 135 thousand euros from an Albanian citizen, owner of a hotel, is revealed.

The file states that the citizen Qerim Krasniqi has again asked for different monetary amounts in the values ​​of 30,000 euros, 28,000 euros, 20,000 euros and an amount of 6,000 euros, which he received in small portions of 400 or 500 euros. , where according to the plaintiff the total amount reaches the value of 135 thousand euros.

The plaintiff Mariana C. asked the citizen Qerim Krasniqi to return the money, but he told her that he would return it all together, as his bank account would soon be opened. According to the complainant, communications with the citizen Qerim Krasniqi continued until December and then the detainee Qerim Krasniqi severed all relations with him, blocked contacts and turned off all phone numbers.

In support of her allegations, the citizen Marian C. has made available to the investigation a bank statement on the withdrawals made in the bank, as well as the conversations conducted with the citizen Qerim Krasniqi. In these conditions, investigative actions were carried out continuously by the judicial police services of the Local Directorate of Tirana, among others, police search and notification at the border for the citizen Qerim Krasniqi.

EVIDENCE

On April 22, Krasniqi attempted to enter the territory of Albania. He was asked and among other things he explains that he took a sum of 85 thousand-87 thousand euros from the citizen Mariana C. "I have invested this amount of money in the stock market (Forex). I made the investment to a citizen from Northern Macedonia whom I know as Youth, but who does not know the other generalities.
