The Tirana Prosecutor's Office starts investigations into the Criminal Offense 'Domestic Violence' after Prince Leka's denunciation, while verifications will also be carried out for the publication of the video.

" In the Prosecutor's Office of the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana on 06.03.2024, at 15.00, Police Station No. 1 referred the incriminating material of citizen LZ for the criminal offense "Domestic Violence", provided for by Article 130/ that of the Criminal Code.

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana registered the criminal report no. 2893 for the Criminal Offense provided by Article 130/4 of the Criminal Code.

The material was drawn and assigned to the relevant prosecutor.

In the meantime, regarding the data published in the media, we inform you that, from the side of the Prosecution, the verifications have also started in relation to the publication of a video, material evidence.

From the first verifications, it turned out that the incriminating material was deposited in the Prosecutor's Office of the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, as the video was published in various media and it turns out that the envelope where the evidence was administered was not opened.

In relation to the case in question, the Police Supervision Agency has been tasked with carrying out the relevant investigative actions ," the Prosecutor's Office announces.
