The show Uniko has discovered that Anila Ruçi, the 38-year-old who was killed in Italy on April 19, 2023, was in a romantic relationship with the father of Osman Bylyku, the 30-year-old with whom she lived in the same apartment in Scaldasole and presented him as her brother.
Journalist Spartak Koka who traveled to Italy discovered other details about the serious event. Some time ago, Anila had asked Osman Bylyku's father, Ahmet Bylyku, to end their relationship as she was going to marry an Italian citizen she had met in the Scaldasole area where she lived.
"Anila Ruçi had established contacts and acquaintances with different people in the area, searching according to the data and according to her, we talked with Ahmet Bylyk asking that Osmani leave and no longer live as cohabitants in the same house. But what we have learned is the other fact that Anila Ruçi had declared to Ahmet Bylyku that she no longer wanted to continue the relationship with him and that she had already found a man, an Italian citizen about 49-50 years old whom she expected to marry in the summer of this year. He even asked Osmani's father to help him with the documentation to deregister from the family tree where she was previously with her mother, brother and sister and to go out on her own," reports journalist Spartak Koka.
Only 30-year-old Osman Bylyku, with whom he lived in the same apartment, was detained by the Italian police for the murder of 38-year-old Anila Ruçi. Osmani himself was found injured with several stab wounds on the day of Anila's murder. But the Italian investigators suspect that the 30-year-old may have staged them and injured himself, killing Anila first. However, this is only a suspicion and nothing confirmed.
On the other hand, Osman Bylyk's Albanian lawyer in Italy, Mrs. Elierta Myftari, in an interview for the Uniko show, showed that so far there is no motive for Osmani to have killed Anila.
Lawyer Elierta Myftari: Regarding the motive that Osmani may have had for committing such an act, the opinion of the family members has so far been confirmed by investigative sources because to this day no motive that Osmani may have had has been hypothesized. to perform such an act. And this is one of the biggest doubts expressed by the Italian media I contacted this week. The fact that on the one hand the weapon of the crime was not found, on the other hand there is no hypothesis of any kind of motive for committing the act and as a consequence not accepted by some media that he is detained in prison in the meantime, given that precisely these are also missing elements.
But who is the Italian citizen that Anila Ruçi would marry?
"According to Ahmet Bylyku, Osman's father, the rental contract has changed the ownership of the contractual relationship. This house was and is in a contractual relationship with the future husband of Anila Ruçi, a husband who was expected to be because Anila lost her life on April 19", explains journalist Spartak Koka from Scaldasole in Pavia, Italy.
Meanwhile, lawyer Elierta Myftari emphasized that it will be important to call the Italian citizen whom Anila Ruçi was to marry as a person who may have knowledge.
